If desired, we can massage your pet, check for any parasites including fleas, express your dog's anal glands, trim and clean up nails, clean the dog's teeth, and bathe your pet gently with shampoo and conditioner. We can also use a flea or otherwise medicated bath if needed. Our technicians give you pet a relaxing hand drying or blow dry with absolutely no cages, and give your dog a highly professional cut.
Some dogs can get nervous or skittish when working with a pet groomer. Other pets will remain calm and relaxed throughout the spa-like experience. Every dog is unique, so we are prepared and have the skills to work with the whole spectrum of temperaments. We value having your dog connect a positive experience with the grooming session, and we strive to make that happen.
We maintain a scrupulously clean dog grooming unit. We clean the work areas upon completion of the grooming session, to ensure that the space is clean and ready for the next client. We are conscious of the extra concerns you may have in this time of COVID-19. Every day, as a normal part of our everyday operations, our mobile units are cleaned and sanitized with a disinfectant which is formulated to kill the Coronavirus, among other microorganisms. In addition, we are taking some additional steps to keep pets and people safe when we visit to groom your pet(s). Our groomers do not enter the client’s home. But if absolutely necessary, we can step just inside your front door. Plus, we’ll continue to follow our normal sanitary procedures such as Cleaning and disinfecting all grooming tables, tubs, and grooming tools between each and every pet. The groomers always wash their hands prior to greeting your pet(s). We will even wipe any mobile devices such as iPad or mobile phone between all grooming appointments.
Based on current CDC guidelines and our own high standards and practices, we will continue to be open for business and are committed to providing an outstanding experience for you and your pet(s), with minimal risk of COVID-19 infection.
